Changing feedback

Hi I need to amend the feedback I gave to a seller but it say ' None of my feedback is eligible for revision.

Can you help with an idiot's step by step guide how to do it please

You're recent feedback left for others is all positive.

You can't ammend positive feedback

It dates back to a Nov. I thought there were two pieces missing but the seller had said so in their advert, so quite rightly I need to correct my comment.
I think I gave 4 stars and the comment.
Can I change that ?
