My wife has recently bought several items on her account using a debit card (Paypal) then got suspended for no reason. Called eBay on this but they refused to tell us the reason. However, this is not the main issue. The problem is that the items she paid for are now cancelled due to the suspension. She can't get the purchased items or refunds since she can't contact the sellers. We then contacted eBay and they said they can't do anything and suggested us to contact the bank. We contacted the bank and they suggested that the payment was processed by Paypal, that we should go ask them instead. We then raised an issue on Paypal but were met with a response saying that the payment can't be found, we should contact the bank and eBay. The cycle continues, So my question is, how can I resolve this problem? I can't just accept the fact that we have paid for items that we can't get and now we can't get out refunds back. Furthermore, given that eBay had already suspended my wife's account out of the blue with no explanations and is now refusing to deal with this problem and simply shifting responsibilities just makes us feel very disappointed.
