No, no-one at all. If you take a quick look through the forums, you'll see absolutely no complaints at all... 
And if you click on the bright green banner at the top of any page, or at Ebay's Announcements (link at foot of any page), you'll find that Ebay aren't the least bit bothered either... 
Seriously, all you had to before putting indignant finger to keyboard was open your eyes and read. Your fellow ebayers, who are giving up their valuable time to provide advice and help to those who actually need it, have better things to do than respond to totally unnecessary questions.
Also, there's a Report button on every listing that you also seemed to have missed. Use it. That's what it's there for. There's even a specific reason titled 'Price gouging'. Ebay has billions of listings on their sites, so they can't possibly deal with this mammoth task on their own.
Finally, you've also somehow missed that this is the Answer Centre, for those have questions about their accounts that require urgent answers. Discussions and rants are for the Discussion forums.
