Im in quandary im a business seller that has 350 listings per month. i can only list 350 or i get more fees. Now the businesses that pretend to be private can let their listings add up over the months so they can have 1000s of free listings. i am forever removing listings and moving stock so i know where live books are .I like ebay but i am now thinking abe or biblio might be the way to go as for the same amount per month i can have 20,000 listing. any one out there that have used the other 2 sites that can give me feedback please

Just to clarify that. With the basic shop you only get 250 BIN listings along with another 100 Auctions.
So unless you are using auctions, you are already paying extra.
And if you are chopping and changing all the time, when you are at the limit, you will be paying each time you list something new.
I suggest that you ignore what the illegal private sellers are doing, they are playing a dangerous game and will get caught out eventually.
If you have more to list, then if you can hit about 700 or so, it's worth getting the intermediate level shop.
As to the other sites I can't really comment (and you may find it removed), but this phrase comes to mind "don't put all your eggs in one basket!".

i have thought about getting the next level but thats at 1500 listings and i would end up in the same boat but a bigger mess as i have 1,000s of books . for the same price the other sites offer 50,000 listings to ebays 1,500 😞

I'm on them all - I pay abe £25 for up to 4000 listings, biblio has it's own fees depending on what level of commission you choose, so ebay is hideously expensive. It's difficult to say one is functionally better than the other - biblio is the nicest to deal with but the quietest (but has good spurts), abe has a certain parity with ebay for sales, usually neck and neck, although higher value sales tend to go through abe. In ebay's favour, the presentation of of an item is better, but lulls seem to last for longer here and there's much less farting about on the other sites... Collectors are savvy beasts, they'll always find you.

Not on The River?
Your right the fees are not great. I really hate the shop fee coming in each month.
I can go onto other sites and list everything for free, which sticks in the throat a bit.
Maybe one of these days Ebay will change this, I can but hope.
However, bear in mind that the higher level shops, the cost to list is proportionately lower.
So what you need to work out, is whether or not increasing your listings (ideally to the full shop level), will give you the increase in profit to be worth it.
If your listing on multiple sites though, I would strongly recommend that you look at software to help you with this, or your virtually guaranteed to lose track and sell things that you don't have etc.

No, the River doesn't suit my needs, and along with my own site, four is enough! Selling across multiple platforms used to an issue if something sold but after 20 years, I've more or less got it taped, and the advent of smartphones and app notifications makes it very manageable in all but the remotest areas... Abe & biblio use the same software to upload, whilst also being able to manage them through their own account pages.
Ebay remains to be (just about) worth it, but it's also the probably the first one for the chop if things were to get dicey. A lot of work on my own website is starting to pay off, and again, now a phone can manage the database for that, it really can be done on the hoof.
One word of warning for the OP. Abe have introduced something called 'Relevance' for search results (well, made it the default setting), it's easily got rid of but it's about as popular among abe sellers as best match...
