eBay's unrealistic timeframes

Hello everyone,

Is anyone else noticing this week that eBay's usual unrealistic timeframes have got even more unrealistic this week??  Some of my customers have been told this week that their item will get to UK address within two days (2nd class post with two days dispatch time!), and others in USA have been told an item will be with them within a few days, which has RM international Standard and two days dispatch. I swear the delivery timeframes increase and reduce all the time. I don't understand how ebay works this out, the company must be run by little children.

I think my customers are going to start raising disputes more frequently soon.

Kind regards

Paris

eBay's unrealistic timeframes

I've got a better one today!!!

Ebay tell me to dispatch an item by the 30th January, which is 2 days dispatch, which I agree to.

The estimated delivery dates provided to the recipient are - 27th - 30th January.

How on earth is a customer going to receive their order by the 30th if ebay permit me to dispatch the item on the 30th.  You could literally make it up.  I think that's what ebay do - just close their eyes and bash away at a keyboard.
