cant send offers to interested buyers

is anyone else having this issue - I have been away all weekend and not had chance to send any offers - I have got 162 items with 'interested buyers'

every one I try I am getting a message saying there is an error - pointless calling CS this time of night

just wondered if anyone else is getting this - see my photo
