Well ebay has just given me the best laugh I've had in weeks. I think they are beginning to panic.
As a long-standing and valued eBay business seller, you’ve been selected to participate in our free eBay Account Assurance programme, starting in 7 January 2025 for 6 months.
The benefits to you include:
Dedicated assistance with select account restrictions from our expert team.
Proactive help with compliance and policy issues.
A 72-hour window to allow time to resolve the issue.
Do wish I could reply to the email letting them know what I think.

Yes I was the lucky recipient of a letter and this email this morning. I’ve read the bumpf and I’m really not sure what all this continuing account protection theme is supposed to achieve, unless of course it’s part of something that’s coming further down the line.
I’ll sign up for it. See what’s going on.
edit to add :
just read the T&C
Nope!

So is this basically going to be a replacement for concierge ? and after six months ebay demands business sellers pay for the service ?
It wouldn't surprise me as business sellers are basically charged for everything under the sun these days, many of which were / should be included in the final value fee / shop subscription cost.
