This has happened overnight, is it a glitch? I hope it's fixed soon as I don't want another reason for Royal Mail to lose an order.

Why would eBay putting the buyer's username on the packing slip (which typically goes inside the package) result in a greater risk of Royal Mail losing the item?

I've worked as a packer for another business as well as doing the same for my business, I fold the packing slip and put the 'Post to' address in a document enclosed on the outside of the package.
So now their username is on show and might get confused with postal machines scanning the address.
Surely there should be at least an option not to include it?
Also @style_wise , eBay reps do monitor these forums, hence me asking.

Monitoring and listening are two different things 😉
