Hello.
I dabbled with sending offers automatically, but have recently sold an item more cheaply than I would have liked. I can only think I listed a new item, by sell-similaring from an item that had the auto accept applied, without realising the same figures would auto apply to the new listing.
The point is, I want to check which items have 'offers sending automatically'. I used to go to seller hub - active listings - filter. But either I'm going mad or its gone. I did look in the new 'Offers' area but can't find a solution there...
Grateful for any help x

Hi Sheba - In your main dashboard find "marketing tab" (TOP ROW) and then on the left "offers" Theyre all in there 😉

I've been looking at offers and found a tick box for automated offers.
Seller hub - marketing tab - offers in the drop down - click send offers and a pop up appears with the option to switch automated offers on and off.
Hope this helps.

I may be misunderstanding - but those are the offers (automated or not) that I have sent or received.
I want to know which listings currently have automated accepts/declines on offers from buyers (ie no one has offered yet, but there is a loaded gun in that I have accidentally automated an acceptance of a low offer).

I did my best. But when you press 'send offers', the pop up allows me to include all of my inventory - but if I want to exclude anything I have to put each item ID in one by one! That would be 1500 item IDS 😲
Hmmm... makes me wonder though if I can do it bit by bit via the bulk listing tool when I 'sell similar'.
Annoying though, because it used to be that in seller hub / active listings / filter - there was an option to filter by listings with automated offers turned on, so you could just turn them off.
Please do tell me again if I have simply misunderstood...

By the way - sorry! - thank you to both for trying xxx
And like I say, please do say if I'm missing the point. It wouldn't be the first time.

There's also a filter tick at the top left to saying "actions" then once selected the option "end automation" appears and apply to all the page. As you have so many scroll to the bottom first and select "items per page" to 200.
Also there's a filter tab on top says "all offers" apply which listings have offers automated that then edit check in bulk as above to end automation.

Thank you for your help!
But that's only the stock that I have either sent an offer on, or received an offer on (which for me is @700 items)
I want to search all of my active listings (1,500ish) for which listings have automated offers set up.
It used to be in seller hub / active listings / all filters / offers automated (but its gone)

Hello @sheba-knows-best its been a while! I don't use automatic offers currently, as I've got a marketing schedule now that layers different offers and promotions to mix things up. I'd wanted to do it for a while but it was a bit to complex to keep live. Now with AI auto adjusting for any new variables its become very easy.
I'm going through an AI spreadsheets and tables phase playing with all the data analysis I can - looking to build up to scheduling and automating more process' over time as the linking tools improve. Currently I'm getting quite good at automating pulling information in, but not pushing it back out.
Automatic offers hasn't fitted with my AI marketing coupon promotion schedule - eBay coupon values are as high as I'd want to discount. That being said, I've got some lines that I've decided to clear so may yet use it for those.
Regarding where they are...they've mixed things up at eBay. It is actually quite a good improvement they've moved them to seller hub, under the marketing tab then offers. You can filter to automated top right of the offers table.

@ojewellery (nice to hear all is going well!)
I just want to say thanks to everyone who has tried to help me! I'm either being dim or no one is getting what I mean?
I know how to get into: seller hub / marketing / offers
But IMHO that area only shows the items you have either received offers on, or sent offers on. It doesn't show ALL ITEMS and - more importantly - doesn't show which items are pre-loaded with automated offers. I think?
I have a pro-trader call in just over a week - I will put this on my list. Unless anyone can shine a light on my confusion?

Just to re-clarify. I know it shows me which items (that have made it into this area) are loaded with automated offers. But if I have an item languishing - with no offers made, no offers sent - it won't get into this area whether it has automated offers set or not.
By the way, gotta laugh, the buyer who got a complete bargain with an automated offer accepting at 25% of full price - didn't pay - I was just getting ready to gleefully cancel - when she sent a message asking for another £20 off as she said they had mis-typed the amount she offered. You couldn't make it up if you tried. But I think it just goes to show that accepting offers is a mind game - and frequently accepting low offers just worries the buyer so it's worth countering even if you're happy to offload the item.

Its possible we're seeing different things as its relatively new functionality and we may be at different stages of release.
My filtered to automated offers screen (1) shows which items have automated offers set up. (2) allows me to go into the individual offer and change it
The big change for me is when you filter to automated, you can bulk select using the tick boxes down the left (1) and then end the automated offers (2) This was the big restriction in the old system.

Okay - but add up how many of your items are showing in this area. I have only 4 pages (200 items per page, no more pages when I press the arrow). But I have 1500 listings. This area is only showing items that have made or received offers, agreed?

Weird as I dont send any automated listings and Ive clicked on that OFFERS tab and all my listings are there and under the column Automated says NO - Hope you sort it out as Im baffled what youre referring too
Blimey some buyers take the biscuit - Id of just blocked her quickly so she couldnt get the 25% - That is going to be a problem buyer who will no doubt find a problem later

Thanks!
This was just the start of a lot of begging emails before, yeah, I blocked her. I haven't relisted yet to avoid her buying on a different account. Oh the joys of ebay...

I'm sure when you go in your active listings, select the listings you want with the tick box and click the sell it faster drop down. Send offers is there. I think that's is what you may be after?
The option to edit best offers is there too.
