Updates to the eBay User Agreement

From the aggressive wording requirement to agree or don't sell on our platform is apparent and straight forward.  Basically they are moving into the Amazon model of put up or shut up if you don't like it.  Recent policy changes in CS and fraudulent buyer issues are the most notable issues that have affected my business.  Ebay is tightening up the language in their policy agreement to shield them from errors created by their outsourced CS contractors.  Over the last 6 months its been a complete mess.  CS will say one thing and when there is an issue or error on their part the have quoted to me "we are standing by our user agreement that you agreed upon".  Because of this I have lost cases on fraudulent buyer costing me hundreds of dollars in lost revenue.   Then you have toxic competitors and buyer report your account to get items removed on ebay.  I have had licensed items remove because some simp reported me so that they can sell a particular product.  It has been getting worse like the days when there was no seller protection and the buyers had free reign to defraud you.  Well, based on my recent experiences it is starting to happen again.   I have to chalk it up as "a cost of doing business".  I am still profitable but worry these policy changes will cost me out of pocket expenses as they increase.
