Simple Delivery issues...

Hi all.

Like many others here, I've now been stung with the new-ish SD postage process.

Had set up my normal postage option (2nd class rec.) on all my items. Two items so far - buyers picked cheapest delivery, which eBay had set up on these items despite how I'd set postage on these.  So I'm outta pocket, which is incredibly annoying.  

Now changed all my live items SD costs to avoid repeats above. 

Can anyone kindly share tips on reverting the postage back to my preferred option?

Hi there. First question, are you using a business or private account with this issue. Sorry the link to your account is broken and I can't see.

If it's a business account I'm not sure, if it's private you are wasting your time as from the 7th April they start going through current listings and changing everything applicable to Simple Delivery.

From 15th April Simple Delivery will be the only listing option.

I'm confused. How are you out of pocket if the buyer is paying for delivery?

I'm a private seller trying to shift clothes and unused stuff. Buy bits too.

Not in game of stinging buyers for shipping but need to cover my costs/time etc. 

If SD's only option in future then it may be time to go elsewhere.
