Simple Delivery - Business Seller

Just noticed whilst revising a listing, a message about 'Simple Delivery' near the postage options section.

Domestic Postage

Simple Delivery is unavailable for this item.

Does anyone know if this message been there for some time, I have never noticed it before.

I know some private sellers are up in arms about SD.

Ebays gremlins 

or maybe eBay thinking / experimenting they may be able to extend it to business sellers but not make it compulsory 

like Tescos every little helps (eBay)

if they can get some business sellers buying into it for some strange reason

I've noticed that too, it has been there for a while on some of my listing's. 

Ebay just don't know when to stop messing with site and making things worse!
