Have just been contacted by a customer is Belgium as they want to purchase a Volkstedt Figurine but they can't complete the purchase as their country isn't on the GSP list. Looking at the listing, we also notice there's no France, Spain or Italy, yet there's Portugal, US, Australia etc... so all the other countries. Not sure why these countries are excluded, has anyone else noticed these countries missing or is anyone aware why they are? Any help would be much appreciated.

Check on here:

If necessary put their ID on your exemption list to lift any blocks:

Thank you - those options don't include the global shipping programme - we only use GSP to ship internationally. Btw....We tried changing the category of the item and now the item can only be shipped in the UK, no GSP at all!!!!

try this i got it from another person:
I've noticed if I go into a listing to edit it, GSP has countries excluded which I have to untick before I save.
These aren't excluded before I edit it.

The GSP setting for Business accounts is managed via the Postage Business Policies and I have other listings that will ship to France, Spain & Belgium. The GSP list had disappeared on my Volkstedt Monkeys but it has now returned without me doing anything, they had disappeared altogether earlier. However, the countries above are still missing and they're not in the excluded list either. So looks like they don't exist at all to Ebay.....somethings not right.....

I checked some of the listing at UK with gsp enabled doesn’t ship to my country as well when they used to so probably on ebay side. Hopefully ebay will notice this as this is causing many problems for both buyer and seller.

Just noticed a Vase will ship via GSP to France, Germany, Spain & Belgium but not figurines - so look like category specific.

Nothing to do with categories as ours are all pretty much in the same , some listings show full GSP and others hardly any countries

Hi All,
Thank you for your posts and examples.
This has been reported on other threads today and there is an open ticket with tech for it as it looks to be impacting a few countries. Anyone reporting the issue will be added to the ticket and once there is a further update on the resolution we will update the threads.
Thank you,
Kat

Thanks Kat, that's good news it's a technical issue but it is so frustrating because we're all losing sales and money through no fault of our own. I've just checked two identical items I have for sale (different colours) but same figurine category - one has a full list of GSP countries (inc Spain, Italy, Germany etc..) and the other just UK. Do you have any idea of timescale to correct this issue?

Very glad to see this here. We have made zero Global Shipping sales in the last two days and have had upset customers messaging from Germany, Spain, New Zealand and Canada. This is in board game and trading card categories. We are losing significant sales.

Hi @hashtagcurios ,
Thank you for your reply.
I understand the frustration. We don't have a timescale on this but its currently being investigated by tech. Once there is a further update on it I will update the thread.
Thank you,
Kat

I had this very same problem. I edited all my listings in bulk, and in international shipping I selected “Add to All”. Once I had done this, GSP to all countries was back as normal. I called eBay, and it was passed on to tech, then I received a follow up call, where the guy had no idea what I was talking about.
But all appears ok now.

Sold a pair of boots to OZ, not a problem as I use GSP and its not on my excluded list, guess it will be an auto non payment strike for the poor buyer in 4 days time
