@ marco@ebay Are there any Seller protections for deliveries impacted by severe weather conditions this week because of the snow and ice. Roads were closed, trains cancelled and Royal Mail have stated that there are delays?
I guess we have to "appeal" and select adverse weather conditions as the reason and hope they will remove the defect - I wouldnt hold my breath as it wasnt country wide - I had post sat in the parcel shop & Royal mail for 4 days and buyers down south never saw a snow flake but no down Ill be hit for late deliveries
I did speak to E-bay regards this and Concierge told me very definitely that service metrics would be protected, and that they were very aware of the problem. Considering my town (Loughborough), was under water for a few days that's good to hear.
