Seller Hub - Item specifics Column Issues

I listed around 15 new products yesterday filling in as many item specific sections, however when I look at active listings in the Item specifics column which I can click and edit plus tick a box that says Don't remind me about these recommendations again, when I exit after saving the column still showing 4 recommended
Add recommended in it (obv could be less recommended) and its not clearing this column see attached image

Is anyone else having this issue? I tried contacting C/S and each time a callback came the line was quiet then hung up (4 times)

I've been having the same issues for months now. If the blue circle isn't filled in, does this mean our items won't show up, maybe this is the reason I can't get any views on the items. I've got so fed up reporting the same issue, I just give up with eBay glitches and problems.

same problem I cannot edit and it says 4 recommended specifications does not specify which ones I fill in all of the edits and it goes back to the same thing, getting sick of Ebay been a seller from the start and sales are not pathetic

Yes for sometime. In the last week I haven't been able to clear listings requiring item specific updates. What I get is a very narrow box at the top of the page with a picture and cancel and save buttons. Go to active listing page and try to update from there and get the same things. Updating items specifics is impossible at the moment. 

There have been so many glitches recently. I notice ebay has reversed changes to the overview page.
