Anyone elses sales totally crashed since the end of March? Normally can go quiet waiting for payday but this seems very odd? Yesterday was our poorest day for sales in 25 years. Or is it people not spending because every bill has gone up plus the Trump effect? April is normally really good for us so this will be interesting to see how it all pans out.
I would say No ebay do not read this discussion forums as if they did then we would certainly see changes happening. Ebay don't even fully test their own platform when making changes, which says alot!
There may be some members that comment on here that may well work on behalf of ebay based on the positivity they spout about the platform...
No they told me they would deal with it and told the buyer to take out a case. She did but nothing happened. She was still upset so I contacted ebay (took me an hour to get through after being sent round and round on loops,) eventually ebay agreed to refund her. But not under buyers insurance but as 'a gesture of good will 'I always pack things really carefully and royal mail once lost a parcel but managed to find it. But this was Evri. Why on earth doesn't ebay ask evri to check what happened to it. Ebay must have a special contract with evri. Sent from my Galaxy
No idea if they read them but they’re only concerned it seems with fleecing us for most of our work while doing little themselves, they seem to be destroying their own business due to greed
Maybe you should add that to the "No longer selling due to Simple Delivery" thread on the Seller Central board.
The main point for private sellers using SD is said by ebay to be because they are protected against claims for loss or damage under it. Not as a "Gesture of goodwill".
