Has anyone else noticed an ongoing issue when updating live listings?
I am talking about the BOOKS category but could be wide reaching. Previously when updating a live listing to for instance change a price, or quantity the title, author, language, ISBN were all populated from the original listing.
Now more often than not all the boxes are empty apart from the description box & I find myself wasting time re-submitting data to those fields. Also the photo is hardly ever there & even when I click on an image within ebay's system it still won't work & I have to re take the photo.
I spoke with an agent about this a week ago who opened a ticket with tech (no reply so far) I know it's not my browser as the agent replicated it & it did the same to her.
Just wondering how big a problem this is?
