SAVED DATA FROM LIVE LISTINGS IS MISSING WHEN MAKING AMENDMENTS? ANYONE ELSE

REPOSTED: I asked this question on the 19th but despite 88 reviews I have not had a single reply, I cannot imagine I am the only seller having this issue (and still no response to a tech ticket opened nearly a week ago!)

Hi All

Has anyone else noticed an ongoing issue when updating live listings?

I am talking about the BOOKS category but this could be more wide reaching. Previously when updating a live listing to for instance change a price, or quantity the title, author, language, ISBN were all populated from the original listing.

Now more often than not all the boxes are empty apart from the description box & I find myself wasting time re-submitting data to those fields. Also the photo is hardly ever there & even when I click on an image within ebay's system it still won't work & I have to re take the photo.

I spoke with an agent about this a week ago who opened a ticket with tech (no reply so far) I know it's not my browser as the agent replicated it & it did the same to her.

Just wondering how big a problem this is?

No. I have been revising most of mine with no issues.

However, a change I have noted is that when I try and revise some listings with possible offers on - where I am aware that I might not be allowed to change anything, and where in the past I would see a blue box saying something like 'there are restrictions to what you can edit' - I now can no longer get that far. The listing just ticks over and ticks over as a blur. 

So I'm convinced the techies have been fiddling with something regarding the revising of live listings.

I've been revising listings today and have had a look at them. All the data is present. Sometimes these glitches can be selective.
