Is anyone else having this problem? Every order I have dispatched today with Evri is just showing on eBay as label generated and no further updates. The tracking on Evri is showing that they have been dropped off and are now being sorted at the local depot. I'm wondering if this is a widespread glitch. I have messaged all the buyers to let them know that their orders have been dispatched and the tracking can be seen on the Evri website. Otherwise they may think they haven't been dispatched.
As a complete aside, whilst writing this I was really pleased to see that the Cross Border Trade label is now spelt correctly - yay! It's one of those small things but it was really bugging me lol

Thank you for your post.
As the two systems are integrated between eBay and Evri there can be delays with the information processing between the two sites. I will share your feedback on the delayed tracking with our shipping team so they can continue working with Evri on improving the tracking updates.

For years I havnt enetered any tracking information on ebay until its been collected/dropped off and it actually shows as collected/dropped off on the couriers website, got sick of buyers saying you sent a fake tracking number, problem is when shipping is integrated by ebay you still get messages saying you entered a fale tracking number.

This was more than the usual slight lag between systems but the tracking from yesterday morning has now updated during this morning. Today's drop offs are showing the tracking in the usual timeframe. Presumably it was a glitch but happily it now seems to be sorted out, thank you 🙂
