Yes it will, bank holidays are not counted at RM they operate on days only from Monday - Friday when it comes to manifesting.
I'm not sure why because you can't get a collection on a bank holiday and there is no service. I guess it's easier to treat everyday as the same due to how bank holiday dates can vary through the year.
