Revise listings - 500 listing limit with variations

Just checking if anyone else has a problem trying to revise over 500 listings with variations.

I am trying to revise 532 listings, is anyone aware of a limitation of revising 500 listings with variations? (see attached image)

Is this new or do other sellers have the same error message?

I know I can update 500 and then do the extra 32 but it is a PITA not to be able to do them all in one go.

I have tried CS but unfortunately problems with the language barrier has not got me anywhere, I have been passed between 2 departments and getting nowhere fast do to them misunderstanding what the problem actually is.

Contact eBay's CS in the mornings to get Dublin who are very helpful.

Spoke to CS, it turns out it is a limitation of the system to only be able to process 500 listings with variations at a time.

So if anyone has the same error there is no way round the problem, you have do revisions in batches and not in one go.

Slightly off topic but a heads up, 

There is/was? a glitch where Bulk Editing (any quantity) was creating insertion charges.

Maybe resolved, been around for years, comes and goes but always check your fees when bulk editing little 6p charges keep getting added. especially for us when large inventory editing
