Red banner 20% off voucher discount not showing on search page

So, E-bay run some promotional funded vouchers now and again. i.e. SANTA20 for a 20% off discount currently running. 

I've noticed that my competitors have a nice big red banner saying '20% Off with coupon MAX £75', on the search pages. Any ideas why it's not showing for my listings? Might be something small I missed? I have reported to E-bay as well obviously but sometimes someone here knows what the craic is!

Unfortunately there is no rhythm or rhyme to it, but in most instances they do not advertise it in the search. The same thing happens with coupons and other promotions if you make your own and put them on listings; some seller listings will show these in the search, but most won't. It makes zero sense, it's been fed back lots and there's never been a valid answer; but it's not a tech error. I've stopped using the coupons for this very reason.

Strangely, today all my competitors have lost their red banner BUT they have a 'Price with coupon', line underneath now. Again, my listings aren't showing this. Incredibly frustrating as no-one is going to click on my listings if the one next to it is showing 20% off.
