I recieved negative feedback unfairly ,buyer did not reach out at all ,the item was pristine when it left and posted .The buyer refuses to return ,he’s demanding I give money to charity and he keeps the item .Now this feedback is affecting my sales. This buyer just leaves negative feedback

As far as I am aware you can legitimately ask ebay to remove the feedback because the buyer did not open a case and give you chance to put things right for him.
The best way to contact ebay is by using this link : eBay Customer Service

For a Private Seller to have one Negative Feedback per year is no big deal. It's good you try to work things out with the Buyer (you have used one feedback revision in the past) so normally I would say value your own peace of mind more than the one 99.6% rating. Also always make sure you are calm when you reply to feedback, and use short objective statements as this will read better to future buyers.
That said, it looks to me like you are more concerned about having less than 100% feedback because you are actually a Business Seller selling medical items, where a high degree of trust is needed. Have you thought about switching your account?

Here you go so you're registered correctly!
Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this, and not the app or mobile browser. Chrome seems to work best on eBay.
I'm presuming you will have all the other correct authorisation for selling these items?

Does this not apply to you as well? Your items are all brand new cosmetics and some listings have multiple quantities. I'm interest to know why you feel you are a 'private' seller.

adding to the advice already given -
The buyers negative feedback states "an open box, and subsequently the sterility of contents has been compromised".
This could cause you serious problems as you are a private seller holding stocks of and selling medical products without the required safety precautions.

Customers are entiteled to leave negative feedback without asking for a refund or anything.
As a you're apparently a private seller they may have felt asking for a return was pointless anyway as private sellers are under a lot less obligation to accept returns than us business sellers.
