Is it just me???

I'm never going to accept one of those invitations to be part of one of the promotions I get "invited" to because you have to click on a link in an random email and then sign in using your ebay ID.  

Nobody in their right mind does that these days.  Really eBay, you haven't thought this through, have you?

I don't care if you are providing me with my full name and user id to show that it's a legit email. I'm not doing it, because I fully believe that scammers are smarter than eBay. My name and user id could be easily discovered by anyone.

I get those emails regularly and discussed them a while back with concierge and they are phishing attempts so you are right to not click on it.

Unless I get something through ebay messages I always assume it's dodgy
