Premium Service Badge Missing? Top Rated Seller

The Ebay premium service badge won't show on my account for any listings? I am very confused why and ebay support are useless so can anyone help me? 🙂

The obvious question is, do you have your listings set to actually qualify properly?

What have you set them at?

And when did you get Top Rated?

Free 2nd class royal mail letter/large letter

My average price is £4

Been top rated since around March this year
Offering royal mail 24 or special delivery 1pm for under £10

That's your problem there.

It needs to be same day not next day.

You can of course have a very early cut-off, but changing it to the same day, should sort if for you.

Why is this? thanks for letting me know but could you explain why? i'll try 1am cut off then so it is pointless rule anyway so that's great addition to ebay

It's because of using second class delivery.

If you put the free one as first class, then it works.

I don't think you put a cut-off quite that early though.  Think it has to be 10am, but not certain without checking.

i'll try track that information down then thanks so much for your help it has taken 2 months of ebay support to get here somehow, they are so useless
