Hi can someone offer any guidance please. I am listed as a business on EBay, today I had 4 postage costs come straight out of my bank by eBay. The buyer had paid the postage, what I would like to know is if eBay are taking the postage twice once from my earnings and again from my bank?

Hi thanks for the very quick response. That is what I thought but sure they have deducted from my profits as well as from my personal bank account. Wonder if someone from eBay will be able to look into this for me.

The deductions from your profits are the eBay selling fee commision etc

eBay charge 12.8% + 30p for every sale, plus additional fees for things like Gallery Plus and subtitles etc

So these are probably eBay fees that have been taken from your profits
