Postage loctions excluded

Noticed this morning that Ebay have unblocked ruzzian federation. I haven't had ruzzia as a location that I send to since Putins 2nd invasion of Ukraine in 2022. I suspect this happened when Postage Policies was forced on me. Anybody else seeing this.

Secondly i'm looking to block USA as a location I send to but want to keep Canada. However Postage Policies only gives the option of blocking North America as a whole. Tried the old way of Postage Preferences but this now sends me to Postage Policies. Any suggestions as to how I might do this?

Hello there,

go to your left top corner where you log in and select your Account Settings. Then scroll down to Selling and follow Business Policies. Next step is finding your own Postage Policy and Edit. At the bottom you will see Excluded locations where you can opt in/out. 

Fair play with your decision - when it comes to eBay's there is no surprise with lack of moral compass, just another example.

Are you in business policies? My created postage policies in there allow me to click into locations and tick particular countries. In my case most of Europe due to GPSR.

Rus is on the Europe and also Asia lists.

I was doing that when I saw Russia in Europe was reenabled, in Asia still blocked.

Can't block the USA but having removed USA postage rate I could take it out of additional locations posted to so may have solved the problem.

Moral compass is on the list of items banned by Ebay isnt it.

Thanks but if look at North America there is no dropdown menu alongside it so you can block USA, Canada & Mexico or none of them. I'm sure previously in Postage preferences you could block them individually.

In Asia Russia was still blocked. I used to travel to Ukraine 4/5 times a year so I made certain Russia was blocked in Europe as well. This is definitely an Ebay action in unblocking it.

Oh good I can readd Russia and block Ukraine although may have already done so same as Israel. They rob you in Israel and keep your item and send barbed wire back neatly in tissue paper. Happened a few years back.
