Hi All

So all my listings are set on a 3 day courier service, however Ebay are showing a 1-2 Day delivery on all my listings! which means all my items are arriving later than what Ebay are estimating. Is it just me or are others having the same problem?

It's been an ongoing issue for ages. The problem is that eBay just say that it is "working as intended". It clearly isn't but they won't hear otherwise OR it is working as intended and their intention is wrong.

This is due to eBay's "estimated delivery dates". In short eBay takes the handling time and shipping service that was specified by the seller then throws all that information in the bin before inventing an EDD based on god-only-knows what. This thread has been running since last year; eBay's stance continues to be that EDDs are "working as intended".

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.

Your brush cleaner says estimated delivery is tomorrow or Sat with a 3 day courier! or 2-3 days with Royal Mail 24!

Have an idea its AI picking up on past dispatched times, as in consistently marking as dispatched the same or the next day. Could be wrong though.

I know, estimates are the wrong way around, thanks for your input. Have had the same problem in the past but not this bad!

I am aware this is an ongoing issue, but have never had this bad where it is on so many of my listings, my 1st Class service shows as taking longer than my 3 day courier service! Thanks for your input.
