Post Office non delivery

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has had problems with the Post Office not delivering items recently.

I’ve always sung their praises and have had very few problems over the years but in the last 10 days or so I’ve had 3 items (I sell postcards) that have not arrived.  They were all posted on different days and two of them were by signed for mail.  They are both showing as received at the Post Office but nothing after that.

Any ideas, it seems so strange to have had 3 together when I’ve had so few items go missing before.

Yes. I don't usually use RM but the parcel was going to a new build which Evri didn't recognise although RM did.

Posted on the 9th and never delivered. Just filed out a claim form.

Thank you, how do I prove the value of the item.  I purchased it in a job lot and sold it for £32. Will the Post Office take a copy of the e-bay sale as proof or won’t that work?

That's what I did so I will wait and see.

This is why I don't usually use them as the claim is quite long winded. But with postcards, you don't really have a choice.
