Can anybody shed any light on what on earth ebay is playing at?

This discrepancy has been apparent for a good few months now.

EBAY - if you are listening, sort your brown stuff out!

As much as I agree with you that this frustrating and annoying, the only reply you’ll get from anyone at ebay is it’s working as designed. 
It doesn’t make any sense, I’ve given up trying to work to any formula, algorithm that eBay implement.

I use RM C&D, advise buyer of despatch via messages.

Thank you for the reply Jo. I find it mind blowingly hard to understand anything about ebay any more.

Seems like they are bent on total failure and destruction of a once brilliant selling platform.

This is my other failing account by the way.

I used to find it hard work to run two business accounts, now it's a doddle with the lack of sales.

Fully agree, they applying one bad change after another, but failing to sort the basic stuff like EDD's and never ending glitches...

@sunshine_radio_control Monday mornings used to be fun, I miss those days…sigh.

I profess to be a glass half full sort of person, all these never ending challenges, glitches, changes distract and reduce productivity.

Got to keep on keeping on..
