No packaging voucher?

Has anyone else with a feature shop not received a packaging voucher this month? Its not even showing in the packaging site or if I add to basket and there is normally a tick box with the voucher code in there which is also not showing?

Used the one for our feature shop on 1 September - so it must have come through on that date.

Go through the steps for making your usual purchase, when to get to choosing the payment option, the coupon should be showing on that page, so that you can tick the box and get the discount.

If its not there, you won't have received it.

Is it possible that you used this month's voucher at the tail end of last month?  They are usually issued a day in advance.
