My eBay has ZERO Postage transactions

Where are they? I nearly always buy labels through eBay?!

Re: My eBay has ZERO Postage transactions

Can you not see the transactions in "all transactions" after changing the type filter to postage label?

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.

No. That's why I'm asking here.

Re: My eBay has ZERO Postage transactions

I double-checked this morning. All Transactions>Postage Labels/Last 90 Days  shows four labels purchased between 30 January and 19 February 2026. Where are the rest? I've not been very busy with sales but there should be more.

Re: My eBay has ZERO Postage transactions

At a guess, it's probably due to all of the various glitches going on at the moment.
It's not something that I can look at myself, as I don't use them.

But I would suggest that you give it a while and check later.

Re: My eBay has ZERO Postage transactions

How do you pay for your labels? I believe when purchasing Royal Mail labels you have a choice of using either available eBay funds or PayPal. If PayPal was the funding source you should be able to see the purchases in your PayPal account.

Re: My eBay has ZERO Postage transactions

I have a similar issue, I can not see if i got paid the postage as part of the transaction. I then put a physical stamp on the envelope?

have i been paid the postage?

Re: My eBay has ZERO Postage transactions

I buy my postage labels from eBay and for my monthly accounts I use the £ figure shown in Financial Statements Summary Report (postage labels section).

No, you haven't.

You have your listings set to "buyer pays" for the purposes of Simple Delivery. This means the buyer pays for a Simple Delivery label that eBay provides to you; if you don't use the Simple Delivery label provided the buyer is automatically refunded for it. You never received the funds for the label as the buyer purchased it from eBay and you were supposed to use the label/QR code that eBay supplied to you to send the item to the buyer. By using stamps you have absolutely no protection should the buyer open a claim for not receiving their item or for opening an "item not as described" case for the item arriving damaged. You also have no means of recovering the cost of the stamps you purchased.

The OP is a business seller so they are not subject to Simple Delivery.

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.
