Moving from Private Seller to a Business One

I've recently took early retirement and plan to do Ebay full time.  I've changed my account and set up a mid tier subscription.  I've started to set up my store and shop categories and started to move listings over.  However, I've finding it hard to work out what items have been moved and which haven't.

If I use the "Other" filter on my active listings, I get nothing returned.  Using the eBay categories i get a mixture of transferred and not-transferred listings.  Is there a report or filter that can identify the listings that are not in a shop category?

Do you just mean that your adding a shop category to each item?

If you goto your seller hub, or highlight items and click revise listingsif you scroll/tab along there is a shop category button, clicking the item will take you to bit where you can edit the category or add or see what needs amending. Is this what you mean?

Yes.  when I go in to them they are set to "Other" but when I select Other in my active listings, they are not returned.

Yes, I didn't have the shop category ticked to show.
