More views on other platforms are buyers looking elsewhere

This morning I’ve been uploading items to another platforms where I’ve had no views in 30 days on eBay. I’ve also ended those listings and used sell similar. Almost instantly I’ve had several views on those items  on the other platform and they have been favourited   Do you think buyers are using other platforms and is this the fault of the eBay search   I find it interesting that I’ve sold several stagnating listings by simply listing elsewhere. I’m just doing 6 parcels for items sold on that other platform in a few days and I’ll be doing the 4 that I’ve sold on here later.   I’m seriously considering downgrading my shop next month because this should be my busiest time on here but I’m barely covering my fees

@vintagechinashop

I shut up shop for the Summer here, whilst I built elsewhere. I’ve reopened here for Q4. See how it goes. As I’ve said previously I’m quite pleased that eBay’s actions pushed me to look at other platforms. I guess it’s the same for buyers.
Each platform has negative aspects, there’s just as much Chinese tat, incorrectly registered sellers etc etc ‘over there’.

Just got to do what’s right for you.
