Have you been selling internationally or buying outside UK?

If eBay don't recognise the payments then you need to contact Monza ASAP so that they can investigate.

It's a Movement Reference Number issued by Customs.

I think maybe eBay are using them to test the waters so that if any taxes & duties were owed to Customs they would be able to retrieve the money back from you as the MRN acts a bit like a tracking number for the shipment.

I didn't mean to say 'test the waters' for want of better phrase I should have said foot print (hold) in case they need to take money, a bit like you do when have your card swiped when having a meal or booking in at Hotel so if you didn't pay they can can amend amount to take money.
That code MRN24________ refers to a certain shipment so 3 payments suggest 3 shipments.
I would think that they are refunded back if no payment was needed.
You should be ok for up to £135 per shipment before Customs are wanting any taxes or duties.

I don't think that's what it is. A movement reference number is 18 characters long in the format MRN24LLaaaaaaaaaaa with "24" being the year, "LL" being the country code and "a" being an alphanumeric character. The OP stated their statement shows "MRN" followed by 10 digits (i.e. numbers) - I think "MRN" means merchant reference number which is something eBay will have configured via their Adyen integration to identify individual transactions (eBay being the merchant).
@jeseg_1832 - are the three amounts the same or different? Can you tally them - either individually or combined - with an eBay purchase or an eBay invoice for fees?
