Lots of unusual orders from one country

Hi

I sell personalised items and over the past week I have had LOTS of orders all from sellers in Lithuania, all have 0 feedback and none of them have provided personalisation details and aren't responding to messages. Don't get me wrong - I'm grateful to have orders but this is really weird. I get maybe 3/4 orders a year from Lithuania but at the moment I'm getting 10 a day! I don't really see how it can be a scam but it's very, very odd and I flagged it to eBay who just didn't seem remotely interested. Has anyone else had this recently?

If the buyers don't respond to messages asking for personalisation details, i'd just cancel and refund, because something sounds off here! If it continues, i'd concider blocking buyers from there, sales are nice, but not at the expense of trouble free selling.

Have you had any issues with anyone from there who could be causing issues, by setting up new accounts, or even a competitor from there?
