International delivery options absent

Upon trying to revise international shipping on my listings, the options are not appearing, but instead there is a list of 'item disclosures'.  Is anybody else experiencing this glitch?

All my postage options have gone, in replace of it, it says DELIVERY.  I cannot revise the post options or even add a new listing.

I have reported this just now, but as said I cannot list anything new as no postage options.
