What should I do if I see my pictures and listing description used on a similar item? There is more to it than this but any advice would be helpful for the moment. Thanks

This is not true. If you took the pictures in the first place, they you own the photo. You need to file a VERO. We have a similar problem and found this blog about how to remove from ebay really useful. 👍

I have 5 images that have now migrated across 16 listings from China that have ruined the sales of one of my bestsellers. Vero filed today . . . . We'll see !

I used Vero when another ebay user copied my pictures ( they are owned by me because they are NOT in the ebay catalog)
I provided all the info vero requested and vero then removed the other user’s pictures and restricted their account.
