How to send Coded Coupons to specific buyers

Is there a new way to send Coupons to specific buyers, the usual way seems to have disappeared

If a buyer has already purchased from you, you can send them a coupon for future purchases. In the paid section, it is in the drop down menu by the 3 dots on the right hand side.

Or, you can create coupons from the marketing tab. Discounts - create discount - coupon -set as private.

Go to the Orders page, click on buyers username, pop up box gives you the option to send a coupon.

I would like to be able to send interested buyers who message a coupon link within messages without it being a long link, or long worded how to..

@bojangled , thanx for the solution. Guess the only option we have for sending coupons within messages, is a pre-made copy and paste template.
