I am very dissatisfied with Ebay customer service advisors. I would like to make a complaint and would like to know how to do this?

hi i wish to complain about a order i received it was not the colour i ordered
i ordered lilac i got saige green your picture was not very good make sure you
have correct discriptions on items i will keep it beause it is to much troble to return
it this has well put me off ordering anything from e bayi am not very happy

You're not talking to Ebay here - this is a discussion forum for sellers - did you not see the other 80 comments?
When you buy on Ebay you are buying from individual sellers.
You need to go to the transaction on your page and either contact the seller or open a case for item not as described.

Sandra, you should know that all colors have 20 similar shades, and it is rare that even some advanced printers can reproduce the original colour accurately, you also have 20 shades of sellers, 20 shades of buyers, and 101 reasons for buyers' rejection and remorse. Balancing this must be a huge problem for EBAY and they EBAY, have all old timers SELLERS' sympathies.

Looking at the item you bought, it actually says, and shows in the photo, that it's ORANGE.
Neither sage nor lilac.
Seems to be a bit of confusion re this order.
You really ought to give the seller the opportunity to put things right, before leaving them a neg.

Just to add to the above, as far as I can see, seller is not, and has not, listed a lilac one.

You have clearly left damaging feedback for the wrong seller. You bought an orange knitted cardigan and left feedback for a down hoodie. You need to put that right.

How do you make a complaint I had two different supervisors tell me two different things I did what the first one said and than the second one said now they can't help me

One wonders if you make adverse comments on here- do EBAY monitor your posts and your buyer's searches go to page 330 in the search results? We have not had an order for over four weeks, it used to average 2-3 orders a week, once we had six in a week, now zilch, a big zero, I have stopped caring, we never costed in our parceling and delivery to the courier work, this took us an hour, an unpaid hour. The main subject is how to keep our homes warm, not one press writer ever correctly mentioned "Why are our homes always cold", the major fault lies in the original builder's poor roof design and construction, think of your roof as a teapot lid, if you do not improve it, your built-in 1830 - 1914 house will always be freezing cold. Nationwide, things are so bad that shoplifters are grumbling they cannot make it pay. I have Just bought 3- pairs of men's long Johns for my wife to keep her warm.

Regarding your returned coat did you start a return case with eBay or just send it back yourself?

I,m VINOKELEN /jelena vinokurova/ 7+ years ebay seller and buyer!
5 of November 2022 I sold MAX MARA jacked/used/ in Perfect condition by £39.99+£ 4.50 postage/Tot £ 44.49.
Few days later on my Banc account I get £ 38.50 e Bay payment and than I payed safety postage/big box/ =£ 5.35!SO I had £ 33.15 personally my cash after sold item!!!
And than a buyer asked refund!I,m 7+ years e bay seller and I NEVER ACCEPT RETURN!Because had bad experiences previously!!!
I Immediately contacted e bay team 14.11.22 and they said ,,no worries,You are right!"
Than e bay team took a decision that about ,,customer polic,, and that I must accept return without any material proofs or pct...
And they took from my HSBC account Full price £ 44.49!And today 09.01 22 I HAVEN,T NOT MY ITEM!AND I LOST OVER £ 11!
HOW IT,S COULD BE???NO ITEM?NO MONEY AND MORE I PAYED £11+ FIR WHAT?TO WHO???
