I am very dissatisfied with Ebay customer service advisors. I would like to make a complaint and would like to know how to do this?

You cannot post that kind of information on the forum.
You need to speak to support.

Tell me about it! Ive been robbed because re complaints/returns, all you get is a robot that doesnt give you an 'other' subject so you're forced to go through some irrelevant nonsense that gets you nowhere....Im robbed because I received a disgraceful product, nothing like expected, but because I couold only proceed with a refund by attaching hotos, but |I dont have them right phone etc & knowledge to know how to attach, I'm stopped at the first hurdle so there my chance of a refund stops!! I will NEVER use ebay again , A huge muli-million outfit whuch is incummunicado!! I didnt know you cant communicate by phone or even email.....Unlike Amazon|: Amaazon deserves every penny because every aspect of using it is simple, they have customer service phone lines, easy to use emails, easy, often free returns etc. If I, as a techno dynasaur in my 80s can use amazn without stress, it theyve given much tintelligent hought to ease of use & deserve their millions.

I too would like the answer, I had a fraudulent seller steal money from me by providing a tracking number for a parcel to another customer, met eBay’s requirements do the found in his favour, despite me no providing proof the package was too small, too light and went to a totally different address, I couldn’t provide exact address but postcode delivered to was another town on a completely different island 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

EBay are complicit in helping scammers to fraud their sellers though. Blatantly don’t even follow their own laws never mind the laws of this country. This simply do as they please and whatever generates the most money for their shareholders.

I too have had enough of Ebay. I sold something for over £200
and they will not pay me out. The lost to me is quite a lot.
What can you do?

It's impossible to say why you have this hold but can see that you have returned to selling after a long break. Have you fully registered with eBay's Managed Payments? Provided your bank account and had this verified with 2 micro deposits? It does take a few days to process, and can hold up your payouts if not correctly registered, see here:

I'm going to assume that English isn't your first language....
However, Ebay UK is a UK company, so I really don't see how you got to that they are outside the UK?
Makes no sense.
And if you have worked within the rules, there is generally plenty that you can do.
Ebay only mess with accounts, if the account has done something wrong. They have no reason to otherwise, as it will only lose them income.
