Are you on the standard VAT accounting scheme, a margin scheme or the flat rate scheme?

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.

You need to contact eBay's customer services to obtain proof of export in order to zero-rate your GSP sales. You will need the proof of export for each sale as you delivered to a UK address.

Where your VAT return is concerned you include the value of all your GSP sales in box 6 but you still reclaim any input VAT you paid when you purchased the items.

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.

I download the excel sales report and then using the filter feature it's pretty easy to remove non UK sales.  Just beware the sales report as it gives a total for multiple purchases on the line above the individual purchases so there is a risk of paying too much VAT if you're not careful.
