Final Value Fee under £10

Am I correct in thinking final value fees for sales under £10 should be 10p + vat?

As I'm being charged 25p + vat. 

Just wondered if anyone could clarify if this is correct?

It may depend on the category. have you got an item number we then may be able to assist a little further. Some categories do have a 10p cost if the item is under a tenner.

I do get 10p under £10, but I had to register for it, and as I did it years ago I don't know how I did it. I would contact CS

It may depend on when the listing was started. I seem to remember that any listings created before a certain date would not get the special price but ones after would. I hope that make sense. A lot of people did complain at the time that in relisting their products they would loose all sales data as it would start again from zero.
