Ebay Seller Portal - Glitch

Hi,

I'm trying to login to the above for over 24hrs now without any success, just endless login loop.

I have email from ebay as usual to accept a new promo contract, but can't login to accept...

Anybody have the same problem ?

I've just logged in fine, is it the password loop where you enter your password and it just asks you to enter it again without saying its incorrect or something else? Guessing you've done the usual delete cookies blah blah stuff?

You are logged in to the boards so should also be logged into eBay. What happens if you open the eBay homepage in a new tab by clicking this link? Does it ask you to log in again?

Only confined to the seller portal (for coupon promos)

Endless loop.

That is the direct link to the portal after the log in, does it bypass the extra log in for either of you's? I dont have any coupons so maybe its just an issue if you need to accept something which would be highly annoying.

This works, thanks, the issue is with the .co.uk link from the emails that is usually used

Never ever ever log in to E-bay from a link on an e-mail. Even if you think it's from E-bay.

Thank you, yes login via .com did worked, it's only .co.uk which have glitch and you are unable to login. Thanks for your help and hopefully never ending glitches and ebay "improvements" will finally end before all buyers and sellers run away. Thanks for all your replies 👍

I always copy and paste URLs into the browser so you can see the domain, I do web design and internet security stuff on the side and am very cautious!

This still doesn't work if you try to login from co.uk, lucky enough you can login from .com.

Thanks for this resolution... The .com link works fine, just the .co.uk link that sends you into the login loop.

eBay concierge were unable to find me a resolution, blaming the issue on cookies, IP addresses, VPS and bots... Good job the community forums still exist. 😁

Hi, I'm a US seller having the same problem with the circular login screen trying to login to Ebay Seller Portal to accept a contract for a coupon promotion. Is there a fix for US sellers?
