Is anyone else having an issue with the delivery confirmation numbers not uploading to eBay automatically from click and drop?
We use RM24 (not tracked) that gets delivery confirmation once the postie scans it upon delivery (well most of the time). The long delivery confirmation numbers used to then automatically upload to eBay once the item had been delivered to confirm delivery in the order status page.
I know eBay's recently had tracking update issues. but if I manually paste one of the numbers it does seem to now update after some time, so that isn't the issue.
Integration with click and drop has a green confirmation symbol, and the orders upload from eBay to click and drop with no issue. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
