Morning all,
I've had a reasonably good look on my listings to see how we can add the postage option for buyers to have their items sent to a click and collect point like Argos etc. without getting any luck? Does anyone know what to click on the listing to enable this feature please.
Many thanks
Justin

eBay will automatically offer Click & Collect on your listings if:
Your item is over £5
You're offering a quick dispatch time (0-3 days is ideal)
Your item weighs no more than 15kg (including packaging) and no one side of the parcel exceeds 90cm, with max dimensions of 0.324 cubic metres. (Any items that are too large or exceed the weight limit will be rejected on arrival at the Click & Collect location and may be disposed of, without reimbursement)
Your item isn't classified as dangerous or age-restricted
Please see the guidance here:
Even if it has been applied to your listing it may not be available to your buyer, it depends where they live and if there's a Click & Collect store local to them.
To add this option go to your postage section in your Site Preferences:

You have over 700 items listed for sale so forgive me for not checking each and every one, but some indeed do have a Click & Collect option for example this item:
100 - 100mm timber lock head lock hex head landscaping fencing sleepers farm
but others do not, so they must fall out of the T & C's, I included above.

Yes I've noticed that as well? non of my items would be over the weight or size though? really odd? Some of the same items have click and collect, some don't?

Mmmm , that's a puzzle and then it won't harm to ask eBay Customer Services for their explanation, but I do advice not contacting them now, but very first thing tomorrow morning, when the lines first open at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
If they do come back with an answer to solve this issue, please come back and tell us, as it can help us to help others facing the same issue, thank you.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services from the link below, for a Call Back option.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
