Changing from private to business seller

Good evening,

 I know this question must have been asked alot of times but for some reason it's not even showing what type of account I have under personal info.

I want to change it to business seller and I am following steps but after going to Personal info it just doesn't give me the option of account type...also tried in different browser.

You are registered as a private seller.  Isn't this working for you?

If not, you need to get ebay CS to help you.

Thank you but I am getting no joy, once I am into personal information I get the option to change 

Name

Contact info

But no account type.

Let me contact ebay CS.

@barggainbox if you go to the Personal Info page here: Personal Info, this is what it should look like with the account type edit option. Do you not have this?

It didn't work on my phone , chrome and app.

Logged in from Windows laptop and its showing it now.

No problem. There are a lot of vital features missing from the mobile site. It's really only any use for basic browsing. The desktop site is much better for running a business.
