Morning everyone, I hope you are all ok.
I am trying to get my business polices up, i.e postage, returns, payment rules etc but when I click on the business polices link on my account page it just comes up with a 'It's not you, its us' our server is down message, I have been trying every day since Saturday but still no luck.
Has it moved to a different section or does anyone have any ideas at all ?.
Thanks for your help, much appreciated.

I sometimes get an error message when trying to access business policies from the usual eBay links, but this one usually works for me:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/bp/manage

Thanks for replying hcl, I hope you are ok.
I have just tried the link you kindly posted but I am still getting the same error message and in the http bar at the top it comes up with this: https://www.ebay.com/n/error?statuscode=500
Doesn't make any sense, all of my listings have the policies on them but I just can't now gain access to them.

Ah, OK. It was worth a try...
The usual eBay suggestion is to clear your cookies but there's a quick way of finding out if this is the issue. Open up a new private or incognito browser window and sign in to eBay again. If the usual links to business policies (or the the one I provided) then work, it suggests it might be a problem with cookies.
If it still doesn't work I'm out of ideas – sorry!

Thanks again for coming back hcl, much appreciated and for your suggestions.
I have just tried on another laptop I have which has never been used for ebay before but it is still coming up with the same message, very bizarre indeed, looks like I might have to call CS.

I’m not even getting the apology message when I try to edit any policy.
Just get a blank page. With eBay branding at the top.

Hi Bojangled, hope you are keeping well.
I am still getting the same problem, it is very bizarre as it is taking me from the ebay UK site and seems to be trying to connect to the ebay.com site, as of today I am still getting the same 'it's not you, it's us, our sever is down' message, everything was working perfectly about 3 weeks ago when I last looked as I needed to change something.

Same here. I want to adjust handling times for orders - simply not possible! I've only been trying for two days now.
It was working a little over a week ago, so it is a frankly embarrassing failure on the part of ebay.
In general, the site has been incredibly slow to respond in recent months, so I can't help thinking that it is teetering on the brink of failure!
