I sold a model railway DCC controller.
The buyer got in touch saying he didnt understand how to make it work.
The item comes with full instructions on how to operate it.
I told the buyer this but he wanted me to tell him how to control his loco and accessories.
I said I didnt know how his loco or accessories worked as each is different and comes with their own instructions sheets.
He then said he did not understand DCC.
I said that there are plenty of youtube video's explaining it.
But he wanted me to explain it.
My reply was if I sold him a car would he expect me to teach him to drive ?
He bought a DCC controller only and not a course on DCC.
While I am happy to answer questions about the controller I dont have all day to run free courses.
