I am a registered business that buys and sells sealed trading card products, I have gone through the many eBay changes and as a result this year my sales have dropped by 80%+.
The niche I sell in is being flooded by private sellers, who are clearly registered businesses flooding eBay with the same products but undercutting legit businesses by avoiding fee's as a private seller.
Many of these private sellers have thousands of sales, and multiple hundreds of thousands of brand new sealed products listed with distribution labels clearly showing and even refusing any returns outright in the product description, yet they seem to get away with it.
Am I missing something here? How comes 70% of sellers in my niche are blatantly not following eBay TOS and getting away with it destroying my sales and business. What can I personally do to ensure /help eBay cleaning up my niche so I can once again generate meaningful sales?

Because ebay don't and either can't or won't police it properly.
What can you do about that? Not a lot. You can obviously report them. But you need to consider if that is time well spent if ebay refuse to act on the reports.

I reported to C/S and to a eBay mentor from eBay and nothing has been done, I feel cheated that eBay just does not care about long standing business sellers and their concerns.
